Dr. Rosa Mary Lucio was born in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her early education from local Catholic and public schools of Duval County. She also attended FCCJ and Zoe University. She is a graduate from Saint Thomas Christian Colle and Cornerstone University-NCCA She is the mother of one lovely daughter, Michele Virginia, and three grandchildren, James IV, Alicia and Joshua. Dr. Lucio retired in January 2000 from the BellSouth Tele-Communication Company with over 25 years of service. A resident of New York City for 10 ½ years �" it was there that she received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and Lord. She was saved under the leadership of Bishop Daisy B Garvin, founder and pastor of Revivaltime Pentecostal House of Prayer. Dr. Lucio has been saved for 45 years.
