She is the Administrator for RPM Ministries Inc and its outreaches, including Ministry House, Good Shepherd Recovery House, Jesus Text Me, and Joint Conferences / Free Online Conferences. She is also a web and database programmer. She was the director and editor of a Christian tv program, was the Podcasting Consultant for Lifetime Television for Women, and pioneered the Online International Podcasting Expos in 2005 & 2006.
